Step 00 · The Pre-Game
How are you sharing today?
The Goal
Learn what matters most to them before you ever mention X39.
Avoid
Pitching too soon. Ask, listen, and let them do most of the talking.
Ready When
They share a challenge and say yes when you ask if they are open. That is your cue for Step 1.
Conversation Coaching
Every principle shifts the focus from yourself to the other person.
01
People can tell the difference.
Are you someone waiting to speak, or someone who genuinely wants to understand the other person? Go into every conversation with one purpose:
Yes, you want to introduce X39. But if your first goal is to genuinely know the person in front of you, the pressure disappears. Leave every conversation with the other person feeling seen, understood, and encouraged.
Do not make yourself the center of the story. Make them the star of the show.
02
Then listen to understand.
The person asking the questions naturally guides the direction of the conversation.
Then listen to understand. One of the greatest compliments you can give another person is your complete attention.
The more you understand someone’s goals, frustrations, and motivations, the more naturally you will know what to say. People often leave a conversation believing someone is an exceptional conversationalist when, in reality, that person simply listened well.
Great communicators listen far more than they speak. When someone feels truly heard, trust begins to grow naturally.
03
One of the sweetest sounds a person hears is their own name.
A person’s name communicates that they matter.
People remember how you made them feel long after what you said.
04
The quickest way to someone’s heart is to talk about what they care about.
People naturally become engaged when the conversation centers on their interests, goals, family, work, hobbies, dreams, and challenges.
People do not buy products. They buy transformations. Help people see the transformation, not just the technology.
05
Curiosity is more powerful than persuasion.
You do not need to explain everything.
The goal is not to teach every detail. The goal is to create enough curiosity that they genuinely want to learn more. Instead of ending with “Let me know if you have questions,” confidently guide the next step.
Never leave someone wondering what happens next.
06
People often borrow your certainty before they develop their own.
People are drawn to certainty. When you believe in something and are excited about it, it becomes contagious, because others want that same belief and excitement. If you waver, they will waver. Certainty is not knowing everything.
Confidence is contagious.
07
People will tell you exactly what they want.
People do not know what they do not know. Offer a new perspective.
Meet them where they are. Then lead them forward.
08
Every principle points to the same truth.
Every principle shifts the focus from yourself to the other person. That is the foundation of great conversations.
The best communicators are not the people who know the most. They are the people who care the most. When you become genuinely interested, ask thoughtful questions, listen with intention, and focus on helping instead of convincing, conversations stop feeling like presentations. They become relationships.
People will remember how you made them feel long after they forget what you said.
Read the coaching first. When you are ready, start building your conversation below
The Goal
Show up as yourself online, consistently, so people know you and want to talk with you.
Avoid
Posting mostly about the product, or sending the same message to everyone.
Ready When
People are engaging with your posts. That is your cue to share a quiz in Step 1.
The Online Path
Your Pre-Game online is your profile and your posts. Do not message people to warm them up or make small talk to work your way to X39. It rarely goes anywhere and feels like a pitch. Let your posts and the quiz bring people to you, then start at Step 1.
Before your first quiz, set up your profile and post for about two weeks, around eight to ten posts: your life, what you are learning, and what you love. People start to notice you and get to know you.
You post one of your quizzes as a feed post or reel. The post ends with “Comment ________ and I will send the quiz to you.” Or you post a poll story and message the people who vote for the struggle answer.
You reply under their comment, “Sent! Check your messages,” and send the quiz link in a direct message.
The quiz takes about one minute. At the end, they enter their name and email to get their free results.
They are added to your CRM with their quiz answers. Their results email goes out, and your email series starts automatically.
The next day, read their quiz answers, their profile, and their posts. Use F.O.R.M. to learn about their family, occupation, recreation, and motivation. Then check in: “I reviewed your responses and saw that ________ matters to you. What have you tried in the past to improve ________?” Let them reply, then share a quick story about X39.
Send your information link with /done added to the end. This version skips the quiz, since they already took it. Never post this link. For compliance, only send it in a direct message, one on one, to someone who already took a quiz.
The day after you send your information link, send them a direct message: “Did you get a chance to look at the information I sent? What resonated with you most?” Listen, then offer a fifteen‑minute call. When they want a call or are ready to order, ask for the best number to reach them so you can move off direct message. If two messages get no reply, stop. Your emails keep going on their own.
Ask for their phone number to move off direct message. On a phone or video call, walk them through the order process. Once complete, submit the Send Welcome Email Form.
Their welcome email invites them to connect with Your Light Global.
Your CRM sends check-ins through day 90, then the monthly Wellness Experience. You may also check in with personal texts.
The Shift
Most people think
“What if people judge my posts?”
“What if no one responds?”
“What if I come across as salesy?”
These thoughts are focused on yourself.
Great communicators ask
“Who am I posting for?”
“What would help or encourage them today?”
“How can I start a real conversation?”
These questions are focused on the other person.
You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
Before You Post
Your role is simple: build value and solve problems.
Know who you want to attract and what matters to them. This is called psychographics:
what they value, how they spend their time, and what they want more of. Then post what helps them.
What helps them is what you have learned, what you are working on, and what is real in your life.
When you lead with value, the right people get to know, like, and trust you.
Every post is strategic, whether LifeWave is in it or not.
01
Picture the one person you are posting for, such as a busy mom, an athlete, or a business owner. Write every post so that person would stop and think, “That is me.”
02
Someone who taps your name should know in three seconds who you are, who you help, and what to do next. To do this, use a clear photo of you and one line about who you help. Make your account public, because a private account cannot be found by people who do not yet follow you. On Instagram, switch to a free Creator account in Settings, under Account type and tools. On Facebook, set the posts you want shared to Public. A link in your bio is optional. If you add one, make it a quiz. Quiz platforms report that about 4 in 10 people who start a quiz share their email. Your quiz comes first, and your information link comes after, in a direct message.
03
Every post has a job. Reels reach new people. Stories build trust with the people who already follow you. Rotate your life, your experience, polls, and the quiz so nothing feels random.
04
You do not need to stage anything. A morning walk, a workout, a trip, a family moment: ordinary life, filmed simply, is what people connect with.
Social Media Rules
People connect with people they know, like, and trust long before they ever ask about X39.

Do Not

What to Post
People learn from each other. They connect with you because of you: your thoughts, what you do, your passions, your successes, and your failures.
Every post should be at least one of these four.
01
Teach something you know or something you just learned. A tip, a routine, or a lesson others can learn from you.
Example · Educational
02
Something fun or real from your day that makes people smile or relate.
Example · Entertaining
03
Your story: what you are working toward, what you have overcome, and why it matters.
Example · Emotional
Example · Mentions X39 in passing
04
Invite a response. A question, a poll, or a quiz. About one post in five is a quiz from Step 1.
Example · Engaging
You do not have to talk about X39 to show X39.
Post what you love with your patch in the photo, and mention it in passing when it fits.
Two or three reels a week reach new people. A story most days keeps you in front of your followers.
Write each post for the platform you are on, rather than copying the same post everywhere.
Know the Difference
Feed posts, reels, and stories.
Feed Post
One photo, or a few you swipe through. It stays on your profile, and your followers see it in their feed.
Reel
Usually under a minute. It stays on your profile and is the best way to reach people who do not follow you yet.
Story
A photo or short video that disappears after 24 hours. Mostly seen by people who already follow you.
Every Day
01
Two or three reels a week to reach new people, and a story most days for your followers. Add a poll to a story a few times a week, then message the people who vote.
02
Answer every comment and direct message. Send the quiz link to anyone who commented your keyword.
03
Invite everyone who reacted to your posts to follow you, and follow back anyone who followed you. Then message about five new people who reacted.
04
Everyone who took a quiz or asked a question hears from you.
Invite and Follow back: On Facebook, tap the reactions under a post. An Invite button means that person does not follow you yet. One tap invites them to follow your page, so your next posts reach them. A Follow back button means they already follow you. Tap it to follow them too. Facebook may limit how many invites you send in a day. If the buttons stop working, continue tomorrow.
Every Week
Once a week, look at how your posts did. Keep what reached people, and change what did not.
01
Open the insights on each post from this week. On Facebook and Instagram, tap View insights under the post. Take screenshots, paste them into Claude, and add this prompt.
Here are the insights from my posts this week. Tell me who saw them, where they came from, their ages, and which posts worked best and why. Then give me three simple next steps for next week, including how to turn the people who engaged into real conversations without spamming anyone.
02
Use what Claude tells you to plan your next posts. Keep the topics, formats, and posting times that reached the most people. When a quiz post does well, share it again in a few weeks.
Fresh Ideas with AI
The steps never change, but your posts and quizzes should. If you share the same post and the same quiz every time, you keep reaching the same people. Use Claude as your brainstorming partner to keep your ideas fresh.
Next
Create a project named something like “Business Growth with Social Media.” Paste Prompt 01 there first, then use the other prompts inside that project so it remembers who you are.
Always
AI gives you ideas. You give them your voice. Read every word and rewrite anything that does not sound like you.
Your Prompts
Copy, paste, and fill in the blanks.
01 · Paste This First
Use this once, first, inside your project.
I am an independent Brand Partner with LifeWave, and I share X39. Please be my social media brainstorming partner. About me: ________ (my work, my passions, my family, what I do for fun) Who I want to reach: ________ Where I post: ________ Rules for everything you write for me: - Sound like me texting a friend. Short sentences. No long dashes, no hype, no rows of emojis. - Use the word support. Never say a product treats, cures, heals, or prevents anything. - No income claims and no lifestyle flexing. - Most posts are about my life, not the product. Ask me any questions you need before we start.
02 · Plan
Use this at the start of each month.
Make me a four-week posting plan: two or three reels a week to reach new people, and a story idea most days for the people who already follow me. Use the Four E's: Educational, Entertaining, Emotional, and Engaging. About one post in five invites people to take a quiz, using a different quiz each time from this list: ________. For each post, give me a one-line idea, the photo or video of me to use, and a question to end with. Keep it realistic for fifteen minutes a day.
03 · Everyday
Use this when something from your day could help or inspire someone.
Here is what I did today: ________. Turn it into a short post for ________ that someone could learn from or relate to. End with a question that invites a reply. Do not mention any products.
04 · Quiz
Use this when you want to share a quiz in a new way.
I want to invite people to take my ________ Quiz. It takes one minute, and they get free customized results. Write three short posts from different angles than I have used before. Start each one with something real from my life, and end with: Comment ________ and I will send the quiz to you.
05 · Reply
Use this when you are not sure how to reply.
Someone wrote this on my post: ________. Help me write a short, warm reply that keeps the conversation going. Do not pitch anything. If it fits, offer to send them a quiz in a private message.
06 · Edit
Use this on any post before you share it.
Here is my draft: ________. Rewrite it so it sounds like me talking to a friend. Keep it short. Remove long dashes, stock phrases, extra emojis, and anything that sounds like a health or income claim.
When you paste in a comment or message, leave out their name.
You are responsible for everything you post, so check it against the Social Media Rules above.
The Shift
Most people think
“What if I say the wrong thing?”
“What if I cannot answer their questions?”
“What if they reject me?”
These thoughts are focused on yourself.
Great communicators ask
“How can I learn more about this person?”
“What matters most to them?”
“How can I make them feel seen, understood, and encouraged?”
These questions are focused on the other person.
You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
What Do I Say?What Do I Post?
Your role is simple: build value and solve problems.
Know who you want to attract and what matters to them.
Then post what helps them: what you have learned, what you are working on,
and what is real in your life. When you lead with value, the right people get to know, like,
and trust you, and they reach out first. You are not looking for a chance to insert LifeWave into every post.
This is the part to get right before you bring up LifeWave.
Understand the person in front of you, what matters to them,
and what problem you may be able to solve. You are not looking for a chance
to insert LifeWave into every conversation. Nail this part and the rest flows naturally.

Ask if they are open
Are you open to trying something different?
Are you open to an opportunity?
Yes.
When someone shares a challenge, like “my back hurts” or “I have no time to myself,” do not stop there. Ask if they are open.
The Bridge
When they say yes, one sentence takes you from their challenge to X39.
“I would like to share something that has helped me.”
