Learn their intention, wellness or sharing, and help them get started with the correct account.
Avoid
Leaving them to figure it out alone. Stay connected and ensure their first experience is positive.
Ready When
Their order is placed and you have submitted the Send Welcome Email Form. That is your cue for Step 6.

Start by understanding what they want to do:
Wear it
They simply want to focus on their own wellness.
Wear it + share it
They want to experience the technology and share it with other people.
Sharing does not automatically mean building a business. Someone may simply love the technology, think of people they want to help, and naturally want to share it. Their motivation is simply to help people.
Someone else may immediately recognize the business opportunity. They want additional income, time freedom, or the ability to build a team and grow a business. They are stepping in with intention.
Understand why they want to share, then help them choose the option that fits where they are today.

Goals change. Circumstances change. Someone who begins by simply wearing the technology, or sharing it to help others, may later decide they want to build a business.

Their welcome email includes the Connect with YLG link too. Tell them they can disregard it.
After you fill out the Send Welcome Email Form, it will trigger their Welcome to LifeWave email.
Do this right away. If you are completing their order, you have most of this information in front of you.
