Step 02 · Connect
You just introduced X39. Now the focus shifts from the technology
back to their transformation. Yes, it happens this fast.In Step 1, you posted your quiz, and people are commenting your keyword.
Now it is your turn. Respond, take the conversation to a private message, and introduce X39.
How is this conversation starting?
The Goal
Connect X39 to what matters most to them, then share a story, yours or someone else’s.
Avoid
Getting into the science. Keep it about them and the transformation they want.
Ready When
They want to learn more. That is your cue to send your link in Step 3.
Connect Coaching
Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone move closer to the life they want.
01
Resist explaining the science.
It is tempting to explain everything you know about the science. The purpose of this conversation is not to teach the technology. It is to help them recognize that X39 may be the answer to what they have been looking for.
When you go deep into the science, you do all of the talking and they do all of the listening. You are no longer having a conversation. You are giving a presentation.
If they want the science, guide them to an education resource where they can learn more.
If you find yourself explaining for more than 30 seconds, stop. Ask another question.
02
Bring it back to what matters most to them.
Every question should help them talk more about:
The more they talk about their goals, the more they connect X39 to their own transformation. Acknowledge where they are, then guide the conversation toward where they want to be. Do not camp in the problem.
If they told you they want more energy to play with their grandchildren, every answer should reconnect to that desire.
Every answer should connect back to their goals, not the technology.
03
Do not rush to solve the problem.
Ask another question. Listen. Ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Be genuinely interested in their story.
The more they talk, the more they understand what truly matters to them, and the more excited they become about it.
Curiosity builds trust faster than expertise.
04
Move them toward what they do want.
People are often very clear about what they do not want. Help them discover what they do want. Ask questions that move them from “I can’t” toward “Maybe I can.”
The clearer the destination becomes, the easier it is for them to recognize a solution.
People pursue what they can clearly picture.
05
Hope often comes before certainty.
Many people have tried countless solutions. Many have simply accepted that “it is what it is.”
Your role is not to convince them. Your role is to help them believe there may be another path worth exploring.
People move when they believe change is possible.
06
Ask. Listen. Respond.
Keep the conversation simple and personal. Ask. Listen. Respond. Then let them continue talking.
People are convinced more by what they discover than by what they are told. The more they discover the answer for themselves, the more confident they become in taking the next step.
Great conversations are built by asking great questions.
The Goal
Send the quiz in a private message, check in on their results, then share a quick story about X39.
Avoid
Pitching in the comments or sending a long message. Keep it short and personal.
Ready When
They want to learn more. That is your cue to send your link in Step 3.
Step 2 · Online
A private message, also called a direct message or DM, is Messenger on Facebook or the paper airplane icon on Instagram. Only the two of you can see the conversation.
01
“Sent! Check your messages.”
When someone comments your keyword on your post, such as QUIZ, reply under their comment within a few hours. Keep the details out of the comments.
02
“Hi ________, thank you for your comment. Here is the one-minute ________ Quiz. Your free results will go straight to your inbox.”
Send the quiz link in a private message, not in the comments.
03
Not everyone comments. Once every keyword comment is answered, open the reactions on your post and pick about five people a day who do not follow you yet and look like the people you want to reach. Skip anyone who is already with LifeWave. They have a sponsor.
“Hi ________, thank you for watching my video. Was this new to you, or had you heard of LifeWave before?”
If it is new to them, chat for a moment, then offer:
“I made a quick one-minute quiz that sends you a personal email based on your answers. Want me to send it?”
If they say yes, send the quiz link and continue below.
Conversation Prompts
Select the prompts below.
They took your quiz. You learned a little more about them, and they have received at least one of your automated wellness or opportunity emails. Check in first, then introduce X39 with a quick story that connects X39 to what they told you.
First
The next day, open your CRM, select Contacts, search their name, and read the quiz answers on their contact. Their results email arrives right after the quiz, so a day gives them time to read their results.
Then
“Hi ________, just confirming you received your ________ Quiz results. I reviewed your responses and saw that ________ matters to you. What have you tried in the past to improve ________?”
Let them reply.
Next
They replied and shared what they have tried. Respond naturally, then share a quick story that ties back to what they want. This is where X39 comes in. Choose one of these examples.
1Share a quick storyStory examples
Your story
“I was ________. Then I started wearing X39. Now I am ________.”
Someone you know
“A friend of mine ________. Then they started wearing X39. Now they ________.”
Your body does the work
“What makes this technology unique is that your body does the work. It supports what your body already knows how to do.”
At the end of your story, ask: “Are you open to trying something different?”
Or ask: “Are you open to a new approach?”
2Talking about the opportunity?
This is a flexible opportunity with patented, innovative technology.
Coach’s Note
Keep it to two sentences, and tie it to what they told you. Just ordered? Share a story you have heard.
Share real experiences only, and make no medical claims.
3Pause and listenLet them respond
You just asked if they are open to something new. Let them respond.
This might just be what you were looking for.
Then stop. Let them respond. Listen.
If they are seeking a change, theyThey will usually answer one of two ways.
