Step 01 · Introduce
You have learned what matters most to them. Follow with one question and one statement. In the Pre-Game, you started showing up as yourself and posting with a plan.
Now offer something interactive: a one‑minute quiz that lets people talk about themselves.
How is this conversation starting?
The Goal
Introduce X39 with one question and one statement, tied to something they shared.
Avoid
Explaining everything at once. Say enough to spark curiosity, then stop and let them respond.
Ready When
They ask, “What is that?” or want to know more. That is your cue for Step 2.
The Goal
Share a one-minute quiz that fits the people who follow you and the people you want to attract.
Avoid
Posting your order link or explaining X39 in the post. Let the quiz start the conversation.
Ready When
Someone comments the keyword or messages you. That is your cue for Step 2.
Step 1 · Online
Each quiz asks about them, sends their free customized results, and shares their answers with you.
Copy a post, add a photo or short video, and share it as a feed post or reel.
Before You Post
Anyone · Comment QUIZ
Human performance is how you sleep, recover, focus, and keep up with the life you want. What is your human performance, and how can you take it to the next level? Take this one-minute quiz to find out. Comment QUIZ and I will send the quiz to you.
Your quizzes live in your CRM. Your CRM is what sends their free results, saves their answers for you, and starts your emails, so set up your CRM account before you share a quiz.
Give one clear ask: end your post with one ask, such as “Comment QUIZ.” Put it on the screen in your video or story, not only in the caption, because many people never read the caption. Skip “link in bio.” People who find you on Facebook rarely see it.
If a post is not getting seen: Facebook and Instagram may show posts that ask people to comment for a link to fewer people. Meta, which owns both, calls this “engagement bait.” If that happens, change the last line to “Message me and I will send the quiz to you.” They send you a direct message, and you reply with the quiz link.
After you post: answer every comment first, and send the quiz to everyone who commented your keyword. Step 2 shows you how, including how to reach people who liked your post but did not comment. Once a week, review how your posts did. See Every Week in the Pre‑Game.
Create Your Own Quiz Want a quiz for a specific audience? Here is how to start one.I want to create a one-minute quiz for ________ (who it is for).
The result they want most is ________.
Write three to five short multiple-choice questions that help me learn about them: who they are exploring this for, what they would most like to improve, and how they approach their health. Keep it warm and simple. No health claims.
Then give me step-by-step directions to build the quiz page, the results email, and the workflow in my GoHighLevel CRM.
Step 1 · Online
A poll takes one tap, so far more people answer a poll than comment on a post.
The people who choose the struggle answer have just told you what they want to change.
01
Post a story with a photo of you and a Poll sticker. Ask one everyday question with two answers. Keep it light and real, with no product in it.
02
Open your story and swipe up. Instagram and Facebook show you who voted and which answer each person chose.
03
The same day, message the people who chose the struggle answer. Skip anyone who is already with LifeWave.
04
If they say it happens most days, offer your quiz. If they say yes, send the quiz link, then follow Step 2.
Poll Ideas
Pick the poll that matches your quiz.
Make it entertaining. Pair your poll with a real moment from your day, like a selfie or a funny caption. People vote when they are entertained.

Coach’s Note
You can’t create desire in someone, you can only find it. So you qualify instead of convince.
Not now is not never. Stay in touch, because seasons change.
